Xavi Iglesias is a master chef with more than 25 years of experience. Passionate about excellence, he has perfected the art of catering and gourmet events, bringing unique flavors and memorable moments to any corner of the world. His commitment: quality, innovation and detail. He manages Degusto Arte, acts as Gastronomic Advisor and manages Core Coffee at the University of Barcelona. He is also the author of the book Espresso para Ti.
Sergio Rodríguez
Sergio Rodríguez, 2012 National Barista Champion, is a reference in the art of specialty coffee. With technique, passion and creativity, he transforms each cup into a unique experience. His trajectory inspires baristas and coffee lovers, elevating coffee culture to an exceptional level. His art with coffee takes any Barista event to a higher level.
